Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased on www.wholeality.com must be returned by post. Items must be returned to the address provided by our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers must submit their application via ([email protected]) and obtain approval from our customer service. We do not provide return labels, customers are required to email the tracking number to our customer service. If a customer returns a product to an address not approved by us, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund. Corporate gifts may only be returned to [email protected].

Exchanges: Customer must pay return shipping and reshipping charges of $9.99; new product will be shipped back to customer as soon as we receive it. Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements to receive a refund.


Returns: The address on the package is only the final processing center address, not the return address.

Before returning the item, please contact our customer service via email: [email protected], otherwise we will not be able to provide you with a refund.


The customer is responsible for return shipping; we will refund the customer immediately upon receipt of the product (minus the $9.99 shipping fee we paid when shipping the item, including products with free shipping). Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements to receive a refund.

All items must be in original condition and have original tags attached. Items that are worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

You will receive your refund once we receive and inspect the item. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days to process the refund. Refunds will be credited to your original credit card or payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

(Please note that for the hygiene and safety of other customers, we do not provide returns or exchanges for any underwear sold on this website. If there are quality problems with the product itself, please contact our customer service. We will send you a new package or refund To you.)
